Me-time

I’m constantly working on my way of spending time in order to feel more productive and happy. I’m aware that I need to spend time alone consistently to recharge my self. However many time I feel that I simply can’t afford that. I’ve became curious about what the numbers say and tracked my time for a week focusing on these 4 activity groups: sleeping and resting time, time spent alone and dedicated for myself (ie. doing yoga, working), time spent alone but not as me-time (ie. housekeeping), and time spent as me-time but in company (ie. training, at the psychologist).
After looking at the data I’ve made up an ideal amount and distribution of me-time and alone time for me. To visualize it I used the metaphor of a flower garden where the stems are for resting time, the letters for alone time and the petals for me-time alone and in company.
